- Do I need to pay a deposit?
- Bespoke orders without a fixed online price require a 10% deposit after your brief, price, and lead time are agreed. The studio sends a payment link before production starts.
- How much notice do you need?
- Lead times depend on quantity, detail, and current studio capacity. Share the date needed in your brief; date-critical orders are confirmed before production begins so expectations are clear.
- Can you match a colour palette or event theme?
- Yes. Maison de Lumière can work from a palette, image, invitation, fabric tone, or written colour direction, then confirm what is possible before making starts.
- Can I collect locally?
- Local collection is available from 52 Ormskirk Street, St Helens, WA10 2TF by arrangement after your order is ready. UK delivery is also available.
