Delivery regions

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. If you need delivery outside the UK, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm availability and costs.

Dispatch timing

• Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 2 working days of payment.
• Bespoke and personalised orders require additional preparation time; we confirm lead times before production begins.
• During peak gifting periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) dispatch may be longer than usual.

For date-critical orders, include your required delivery date at checkout or in your enquiry so we can confirm whether the timeline is achievable.

Free delivery threshold

UK delivery is complimentary on orders over £60. Orders below this threshold may incur a delivery charge, shown at checkout.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 3 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us.

Delivery issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels confirmed as delivered to the address provided.

Local collection

Local collection is available from our studio at 52 Ormskirk Road, St Helens, WA10 2TF. Arrange a collection time through the contact form or by emailing hello@lamaisondelumiere.co.uk.
