Delivery regions

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. If you need delivery outside the UK, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm availability and costs.

Dispatch timing

Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 2 working days of payment.
Made-to-order bouquets, favours, pet candles and wardrobe fresheners are usually prepared within 2–3 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days before dispatch.
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Preparation and delivery are separate, so allow up to 10 working days in total for made-to-order purchases.

For date-critical orders, include your required delivery date at checkout or in your enquiry so we can confirm whether the timeline is achievable.

Free delivery threshold

Standard UK delivery is complimentary on orders of £50 or more, including exactly £50. Standard delivery below £50 costs £4.99. Express delivery costs £6.99. Your selected delivery charge is shown before payment.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 3 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us.

Delivery issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as you can with your order number and details of the issue. Photographs are helpful where available. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible; reporting after 48 hours does not remove your statutory rights.

Delivery responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels confirmed as delivered to the address provided.

Local collection is available from our studio at 52 Ormskirk Street, St Helens, WA10 2TF. Arrange a collection time through the contact form or by emailing hello@lamaisondelumiere.co.uk.
