What we collect

For orders and general enquiries, we may collect your name, email address, delivery details, order history and the information you choose to include in your message.

Business enquiries may also include your company or organisation, project type, approximate quantity, intended use, packaging preference, desired date, budget and project brief.

How we use your data

To answer enquiries and prepare quotations
To plan, make, deliver and support proposed or confirmed orders
To communicate important project and order updates
To meet legal, accounting and safety obligations
To improve website and service quality using non-identifying analytics

Lawful basis

We process personal data where necessary to respond before a contract, perform a contract, meet legal obligations and pursue legitimate business interests. Email marketing is based on separate consent and is not inferred from a business or bespoke enquiry.

Service providers

Website enquiries are delivered to Maison de Lumière through Resend and may be recorded privately in Google Sheets within Google Workspace for operational follow-up. Newsletter details are sent to Klaviyo only when the separate email-marketing consent box is selected. Order information may also be shared with payment and delivery providers where required to fulfil an order.

Data retention and security

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for enquiries, operations, legal and accounting purposes, and restrict access to the services used to manage it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing, subject to legal obligations.
