The Maison de Lumi\u00e8re studio is at 52 Ormskirk Street, St Helens, WA10 2TF. This is where every candle is made: the making table, the moulds, the wax, the fragrance, the labels, and the packing all in one space.
Founder Mihaela Luca pours each batch herself. Colour is mixed to reference, not approximate. Scent is weighed, not estimated. Every piece is checked for surface quality and proportion before it leaves.
Local customers can collect in person from the studio. It is also the fastest way to discuss a bespoke order \u2014 you see where the candle is made before you commit.

All Maison de Lumi\u00e8re candles are made with natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and candle-safe fragrance oils. No paraffin, no mineral wax.
Soy wax burns cleaner and holds scent well when the wick is sized and centred correctly \u2014 which is why each candle is checked before it is packed. It also produces a refined surface that suits small-batch, detail-led work.
