Yes. These can be developed around the approved brief, with recommendations where a simpler change would improve consistency, performance or budget.

Do you make a prototype before the full order?

Custom branded work is approved through a prototype. Every final combination sold as burnable also receives a documented full burn test of the complete specification before bulk production.

How long does a business order take?

Timing depends on quantity, development and packaging. Share the date you are working towards and the confirmed schedule will be included in the quotation.

How are candles packaged and delivered?

Individual presentation, bulk packing, local collection and agreed delivery can all be quoted. The right route depends on how and where the candles will be handed over.

Receive a clear proposal

Receive the recommended route, cost-conscious alternatives, quantity pricing, timing and deposit and balance schedule.

Develop and sample

Review the prototype and scent direction. A St Helens studio visit can be arranged when seeing or sampling in person is useful.

Approve and test the specification

Before bulk production, every complete combination sold as burnable receives a documented full-specification burn test covering wax, colour, fragrance, wick, dimensions and any direct-on-candle branding, coating or treatment. Decorative-only pieces are explicitly specified and labelled as not intended for burning.

Make, finish and deliver

The approved batch is hand-poured, checked, packed and prepared for collection or agreed delivery.
