Personalised and bespoke items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Ready-made items can be returned within 14 days in unused, original condition.

Trim the wick to around 5mm before each burn, allow a full melt pool on the first burn, and burn for no longer than four hours at a time. Stop burning when 10mm of wax remains. See our full candle care guide for more detail.
